Bryant Park is a 30-acre infill property located at the intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Suttle Avenue at the Western Gateway to Charlotte Center City District. The site offers a central location, excellent visibility on Wilkinson Boulevard, easy access to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and area interstate system, and excellent downtown skyline views. The development vision for the project is to create a vibrant transit oriented mixed used development between West Morehead and Wilkinson Boulevard that will serve as a catalyst for redevelopment of the West side.
