Building Sold at Old Hickory Business Park

Charlotte, NC (September 2007)

Bazman Holdings2, LLC and Conethoran Holdings2, LLC have purchased a 1.98 acre site together with a 12,000 s.f. building (sales price $1,082,911) at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of a light assembly operation related to the textile industry.

The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in this transaction. Bill Chafin of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
