Walker William Properties, LLC has purchased Unit A (4,390 sf) in Building 1 at Northcross Business Campus, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of the offices of Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery.

Dr. Raymond J. Haigney II, proprietor of Lake Norman Oral & Facial Surgery is moving his surgical office from Cornelius to North Cross Business Campus in Huntersville. “We were looking for a location that is close to our current office that would allow us the opportunity to own our building. The growth in the area makes owning very attractive.” according to Dr. Haigney.

The new office will have the most up to date technology, and will also be built to meet Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Care (AAAHC) standards, allowing for outpatient surgical care in a modern, intimate and more comfortable setting than in a large hospital.

Dr. Haigney is dually board certified in oral & maxillofacial surgery and in dental anesthesiology. He has also completed an accredited fellowship in facial cosmetic & reconstructive surgery and has been in practice for 10 years. He is active in the Lake Norman community, taking excellent care of all the facial injuries at Presbyterian Huntersville Hospital for the past five years. He also has been consistently active with the Ada Jenkins center, providing free surgical care for those less fortunate. He is the director of the Greater Charlotte Study Club and a member of the prestigious Seattle Study Club, known internationally for providing comprehensive care in dentistry.
