Leasing Update at 521 Corporate Center

Power Engineers, a leading U.S. firm in the design of transmission and distribution systems for power providers worldwide, expanded their operation inside the Pinckney Building at 521 Corporate center by leasing an additional 2,019 square feet of space (3,894 SF total).

The Lancaster County Economic Development Corporation leased 1,130 square feet of office space inside the Pinckney Building at 521 Corporate Center.

Mike Bilodeau of Merrifield Partners represented the Landlord in both of the above transactions.

521 Corporate Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners, is a 67-acre office park located three miles south of Ballantyne along the SC / NC state line.
