Creative Touch Interiors, a subsidiary of The Home Depot, has leased 16,800 s.f. at Whitehall Business Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be a floor covering installation and service center.

Whitehall Business Center is a 100,000 s.f. multi-tenant class A industrial flex building located at 7606 Whitehall Executive Center Drive. Barb Jespersen of Colliers Pinkard represented the tenant and Jon Jarrett represented the landlord in this transaction.
