Wolfeskin purchases Condo Unit at Crosland's Mooresville Gateway

Charlotte, N.C.- Wolfeskin, LLC has purchased Condo Unit D, in Medical Office Building #5 at Crosland's Mooresville Gateway (sales price $486,545). The location will be the site of the Wolfe Dermatology Practice, which is moving to the area from Statesville.

Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, NC. Crosland was represented in this transaction by George Macon of Merrifield Partners.
