B & K of Concord purchases industrial parcel at Crosland's Poplar Point Business Park

Charlotte, N.C. - B & K of Concord, LLC purchased a 3.755 acre industrial parcel for $281,625 at Crosland's Poplar Point Business Park. They intend to operate a car wash at the location. Poplar Point Business Park is a 105 acre business park located on I-85 & Poplar Tent Road in Concord, N.C. Carter Critz of Craven and Company represented the buyer.
