Winchester Properties-BFR purchases site at Crosland's Rivercrossing

Charlotte, N.C. - Winchester Properties-BFR, LLC has purchased a 1.951 acre site at Crosland's Rivercrossing (sales price $210,000). The location will be the site of a medical facility.

Rivercrossing is a 150-acre mixed-use center located off I-77 at Sutton Road, in Fort Mill, S.C. Mark Newell of Merrifield Partners represented Crosland in this transaction
