Eric Vargosko works with property acquisition, land and building development and sales in projects ranging from mixed-use land to mixed-use infill projects. Recently, Eric has focused on projects in Charlotte's Historic North Davidson Area "NoDa" including
the Nevitt Building, Lofts 34 and Fat City. Additionally, Eric was involved with the development and sales at the Village of SouthEnd, a joint venture project with Boulevard Centro including 123 residential lofts and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Eric also worked on the development and leasing of the office portion at Birkdale Village, a 320,000 square foot mixed use project in Huntersville, North Carolina, which included 55,000 square feet of office space. Other projects that Eric has been involved with include NorthCross, Mountain Island Village and Hunters Crossing. A candidate for Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker, he is on the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and is a member of the Multi Million Dollar Club and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Eric received his B.A. in Policy and Management Studies with a minor in Economics from Dickinson College in 1994. He joined Crosland (Merrifield Partners) in 1996 after two years with Gold & Company, a commercial real estate brokerage in Pittsburgh. |  |  |
