Mark Newell's activity and knowledge encompass a wide variety of aspects in the Real Estate Industry, including office/retail sales and development, brokerage of office/retail and residential land deals, and investment sales. His current projects in Charlotte include redevelopment of 3 infill projects in Charlotte's SouthEnd area. Mark is also very active in the investment sales area. Before Merrifield Patrick, Mark worked with Merrifield Partners, Crosland, Inc. and the Charlotte office of Spaulding & Slye, a Boston based firm. Mark has been in the Real Estate business in the Carolinas since 1984.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1981. Mark has Real Estate licenses from North Carolina and South Carolina. He belongs to the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, the Multi Million Dollar Club, and the Charlotte University Area Council. |  |  |
