On projects that include nearly 2,300 acres of commercial development and more than 300,000 square feet of build-to-suit space, Mike Joyner is responsible
for getting the job done. His oversight ranges from the selection and management of project teams to the coordination of marketing, financing, land acquisition and regulatory affairs. Mike's commercial mixed use and industrial projects include, Mooresville Gateway, Poplar Point Business Park, University East Business Park and Whitehall. His build-to-suit projects include Builders FirstSource and Universal Technical Institute for NASCAR. Currently Mike is developing Blakeney Professional Park, a 300,000 s.f. medical and professional office
park located in South Charlotte on Rea Road. Mike received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1978. He joined Crosland as development manager in 1987, after leaving the Charlotte office of Spaulding & Slye Co., a Boston-based commercial developer, and recently came on board with the newly created Merrifield Partners as Development Partner. |  |  |
