Ian Bruce is responsible for the property operations of the Merrifield Partners portfolio of more than 1 million s.f. of office, industrial and mixed used properties throughout North and South Carolina.
Ian's responsibilities include management of commercial property owners associations, an approach to ongoing service that Merrifield Partners pioneered to protect its clients' investments. These associations comprise more than 1,500 acres of mixed-used developments, a total that continues to grow with each new project.
A graduate of Leadership Charlotte, Ian holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. He received his L.L.B. in Law from the University of Reading in England in 1982, and he was a real estate attorney in England for 10 years before joining Merrifield Partners.
