Michael Bilodeau is an experienced development manager responsible for leading projects through concept, design, contract negotiations, due diligence, financial analyses and construction completion. Mike is responsible for the development, construction and marketing of several projects within the high growth corridor of Lancaster County including 521 Corporate Center, Bailes Ridge and Project Cornerstone. Prior to joining Merrifield Partners in 2001, Mike was vice president for Paramount Parks, the theme park division of Viacom Entertainment. Earlier Michael had been manager and co-founder of Price Waterhouse Sports and Entertainment Real Estate Advisory group in Tampa, Florida. Mike is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina. He was honored by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors with their prestigious Gold Medal Award. A 1986 graduate of the University of Louisiana in Monroe with a B.B.A. in finance, Mike received his M.A. in marketing from the The Ohio State University in 1989. |  |  |
