At Merrifield Patrick our passion is to create value through the combination of strategic investment and applied real estate services.  Merrifield Patrick invests directly with our affiliate Crosland, property owners, long standing clients and other investors.  Our services include brokerage, development, asset and property management of land, mixed-use, office, industrial, retail, medical and urban infill investments.

Merrifield Patrick was created in 2010 through the merger of Merrifield Partners and Bissell Patrick.  Originally operating as Crosland Commercial and since 2004 as Merrifield Partners, the firm has developed over 4,000 acres of land and 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial and commercial property, primarily in the Charlotte region over the last 25 years.

Bissell Patrick was formed in 1997 as the commercial real estate brokerage subsidiary of The Bissell Companies, Inc.  Specializing in land, office and industrial brokerage, the firm's associates have consistently been recognized as award winning producers by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.  Over the last 12 years Bissell Patrick has sold numerous school, park, single family, multi-family, office and retail sites while playing an important role in making possible such developments as Sun City at Carolina Lakes, The Airport Center, Providence Park, Springfield, McCullough, McKee Farms and StoneCreek Ranch.
