Merrifield Patrick Vermillion invests directly with property owners, clients and other investors. Our services include brokerage, development and property management of industrial, land, medical, mixed-use, office, retail, and urban infill investments.
Merrifield Patrick Vermillion was created in 2010 through the mergers of Merrifield Partners, Bissell Patrick and The Carolina Group. Merrifield Partners, originally operating as Crosland Commercial, has developed over 4,000 acres of land and 3.5 million square feet of office, industrial and commercial property, primarily in the Charlotte region over the last 25 years. Bissell Patrick was formed in 1997 as the commercial real estate brokerage subsidiary of The Bissell Companies, Inc. Specializing in land, office and industrial brokerage, the firm's associates have consistently been recognized as award winning producers by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Bissell Patrick has sold numerous school, park, single family, multi-family, office and retail sites while playing an important role in making possible such developments as Sun City at Carolina Lakes, The Airport Center, Providence Park, Springfield, McCullough, McKee Farms and StoneCreek Ranch. The Carolina Group Partners have provided a full spectrum of real estate services to clients throughout the region and across the country for over 22 years. The partners of The Carolina Group have developed over 16,000,000 square feet of space in a variety of retail, office, residential, commercial and industrial environments including over 75 build-to-suit projects for a national client base.
